Welcome to Noelle. Noelle is a private beta product operated by Nella Labs. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The waitlist

Submitting your email adds you to a private waitlist. We may use that email to contact you about early access, product updates, and onboarding. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to hello@trynoelle.com.

2. Private beta

Noelle is pre-release. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Don't rely on it for production-critical workflows yet.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Noelle to do things that would be illegal if you did them yourself. Don't abuse the service, scrape it, or try to break it.

4. Liability

Noelle is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Nella Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the addresses on file.
